While experience and a natural ability to motivate and inspire people is critical for leaders, I believe new leaders can still benefit tremendously from following best practices rather than "learning on the job" which can take years to finally handle complex people and organizational issues the best way.
That said, the latter can have severely negative effects on the company, such as high employee turnover, missed business goals, and poor team morale.
Thus, this blueprint was developed to enable new leaders becoming effective in their role faster, which is especially important in startup and high-growth environments.
In addition, many existing leaders struggle in their role as no one ever told them how to be a good leader and lack the right coaching and training. As a result their organizations likely experience workforce disengagement and high employee turnover.
Being privileged to have worked with inspiring leaders in the past (from whom I also learned a lot) and being able to turnaround a late-stage startup from very bad to very good, I believe I can share relevant leadership experiences and practices with you throughout this course and hope it will make your own leadership journey easier and more successful.
